NCUS TEC is excited to announce the launch of the Untapped Manufacturing Program in Houston, made possible by a generous $175,000 grant from JPMorgan Chase. This transformative initiative is designed to open doors for Houstonians, particularly those from underserved communities, by offering training in advanced manufacturing—an industry known for high-demand, high-wage careers.

Participants will receive hands-on training, earn industry-recognized certifications, and develop critical soft skills to excel in the workforce. The program also provides job placement assistance, pre-apprenticeship opportunities, and ongoing career support to ensure long-term success.
