Due to the effects of the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Jerry’s Driving School is taking the following measures to help protect our students and staff, as well as making sure we do our part to reduce the risk of spreading the infection.

Earlier in the week, Governor Ralph Northam issued a “Stay at Home” order for the State of Virginia until June 10th. Following the executive order, we have postponed all Driver Improvement Courses, Behind the Wheel Training and Road Testing. Jerry’s Driving School is committed to the safety of our students and instructors.

Our offices hours will differ daily however—our team will be available on the phone to help you during this time. If you happen to reach our voicemail, please leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as we can.

Jerry’s Driving School has been closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. First and foremost, our hearts go out to those around the world impacted by the virus.

The health and well-being of our instructors and students is of paramount importance. We remain unwaveringly committed to providing our students and staff with the cleanest and safest cars and classroom.

With schools being closed, now is a great time to get your Behind-the-Wheel completed. Come learn how to drive with us! We have fully disinfected our cars and all of our instructors are well. We offer pick up and drop off services—and have openings this week and next!!

Be a good Role Model for those who are riding with you. Recognize hazards, use good vehicle handling skills, manage space between vehicles and control speed. Remember, Driving is kinda like Baseball, it’s the number of times you reach home safe that counts.
