Our chess club students made a move into the community to challenge residents at the Chesapeake Retirement Community in a friendly game of chess!♟️

Dear Tabb Community,

Early this year, our TES Anchored 4 Life student leadership team started a "Caring 4 Cancer" Service Project. Our A4L team hopes to finish gathering supplies this week so we can deliver 10 baskets to families in our community that have been affected by cancer. This year has been challenging for many in our school & community, and we hope you can help us spread the word & sprinkle the love

Shouting out our amazing tabbhighschool mentors! Our career mentor student, Hiyab Berhe, worked closely with the guidance counselors to build relationships with students and support our military connected students in the Anchored for Life club. We also welcomed back the THS football players for our Tiger Paw Peer program. Players met with students in small groups where they talked about showing their ROAR and played team building games. Thank you THS students for being wonderful role models and connecting with our students🐯🧡🐅

✨ Step into Family Engagement Night Magic! ✨
Our kindergarten and first grade families filled the school with creativity, curiosity, and joy during a Family Engagement & Creative Communicator Night.
🐾 Kindergarten families explored the world of animals as students proudly shared their “All About” books, displayed their amazing habitat boxes, and transformed classrooms into jungles, icy tundras, forests, and more.
🌊 First Grade dove “under the sea” for a glowing night of learning, playing math fact and fluency games, reading together, and showing off incredible ocean animal projects.
🧡We loved seeing families learning, creating, and celebrating together. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the night unforgettable!
