Remembering Mr. Manuel Romero
The community of St. Patrick’s School mourns the passing of our dear friend and wonderful former Art teacher, Mr. Manuel Romero.
Mr. Romero taught at our school for many years and found great joy in engaging with his students in Art class, as well as through the Art Camp he so generously moderated during summer recess. He was dedicated, devoted, and caring, and he truly symbolized the spirit and heart of St. Patrick’s School.
Mr. Romero, we will remember your strong selflessness, and unwavering dedication to our school and to the many organizations you faithfully served within our parish. Your presence touched the lives of so many, and your legacy will remain a cherished part of our St. Patrick’s family.
Rest peacefully in the loving arms of our Lord. You will be missed beyond words and remembered with love and gratitude.
We extend our deepest condolences and heartfelt prayers to his beloved wife, Judy, their children, grandchildren, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen. 🙏

As you get your children ready for the new school year, make sure those backpacks are packed with all the basics ---pencils, markers, crayons, notebooks and more.
But, don't forget to pack the things that can't be bought in a store: faith, kindness, confidence, patience, manners, and a willingness to learn.

What an afternoon! 🏈
Our Middle School Girls came out this afternoon for CYO Flag Football Tryouts, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and plenty of competitive spirit to the field! 🙌
It was amazing to see these girls step outside their comfort zones, learn new skills, encourage one another, and have fun along the way.
We’re so proud of everyone who came out and gave it their all! 👏
The future of girls’ flag football is looking bright! ✨

It’s More Than a Day on the Course—It’s an Investment in Our Students! ⛳️
Our annual Golf Outing is so much more than a day on the course—it is a vital fundraiser that directly impacts our students and our school. Through the generosity of our community, we have been able to enhance security, expand extracurricular programming, provide scholarships, and make important technology and facility improvements.
As we look ahead, the continued success of this event depends on our school community coming together—whether by participating in the outing, becoming a sponsor, placing an ad in our journal, or simply spreading the word.
Every contribution makes a difference, and every dollar helps provide more opportunities and resources for our students.
It truly is all for the kids! 💚⛳️
