🍭The PTO is collecting bags of store bought individually wrapped candy for this years event. The class that has the most bags of candy wins a pizza party. 🍬

🐾 What a fun day at Hunter Street Elementary! 🧸

Our Buddy-a-Thon Stuffing Party was yesterday, and students who participated in our Fall PTO fundraiser had a blast creating their very own stuffed animal friends! There were smiles all around as students picked, stuffed, and brought their new buddies to life. 💕🐻

A huge THANK YOU to all of our parents and families who attended Parent-Teacher Conferences! We appreciate you taking the time to meet with our teachers, celebrate your child’s successes, and discuss ways we can continue working together to support their growth. Your involvement makes a difference!

As we begin a new nine weeks, remember that learning doesn’t stop when the school day ends. 📚✏️➕ There are many simple ways you can help your child at home with reading, writing, math, and fine motor skills. Check out the tips below for ideas you can use at home to help your child continue building important skills.

And one of the most important ways you can help your child succeed is regular school attendance! 🏫

Students can’t learn when they aren’t at school. Every school day provides opportunities for instruction, practice, intervention, collaboration, and growth. Missing even a few days can make it difficult for students to keep up with new learning.

Thank you for partnering with us to make sure our Huskies are at school, on time, and ready to learn each day!

💚 When families and schools work together, our Huskies grow stronger! 🐾
