High Mowing Seeds in Vermont are high quality organic seeds. They generously donate 50% back to schools. This also gives our elementary students an opportunity to get hands-on experience in organizing, marketing and distribution as well as calculating funds! Thank you, Kim, a Brixham grandmother, for coming in to talk to Dayna & Diane’s primary classroom about disabilities, rights, fairness, and how there are so many differences between us and we all deserve the same rights. She talked about fairness and how we all need help sometimes and we all give help sometimes. The students had so many great questions and were very interested in hearing how Kim swims, drives a car, rides a bike and skis and even hugs! One kindergarten student commented that when parents and lawyers had to fight for disabled children to be given the same rights to education that it was like what Martin Luther King Jr did. “YES!” Kim replied.

Thank you to Brixham parent Yuan for coming in and talking about the 🧧 Chinese New Year and telling us the story about the race the King ordered to decide which 10 animals would be in the Chinese calendar and how the order was decided. 🧧 🐀 🐖 🐅 🐇 🐉 🐍 🐎 🐑 🐒 🐓 🐕 🐂 🧧 We love to have families visit and share their stories!

Our Brixham lower elementary students and our extended day (kindergarten) students are performing for the public this Saturday morning at 10:30am at the York Public Library. Come allow this talented group of young musicians to entertain you and start your weekend off with some music 💫🌟✨ Enjoy the sounds of the cello, violin, ukulele and vocals! 🎶 💫 our performance will be follow with Canine Cuddles 🐶 at 11am
