The JATC is where we learn our craft. When the mistakes happen while in class or lab, we just might save time, money, and stress on the job. A "Rieblingism", "You did that task perfectly, completely wrong." Props to Josh B from the Tacoma IBEW Local 76 for allowing this photo to be shared.
Mission failed... successfully?
4th year apprentice Josh B. carefully measured and bent a single piece of conduit for his test. Everything lined up perfectly, but the 90° bend, unfortunately, was backward. Happens to the best of us ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
If you have any wins or learning moments on the job or at the JATC, please send them my way!

The Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship Boot Camp has been an integral part of our outreach efforts since January of 2019. In the following years, the program evolved and we decided the name of the program needed to evolve as well.
An acronym was developed and discussed with our OAC this past October. We will now be referring to the program as PACE or Pre-Apprenticeship Career Exploration. Beginning with the 24-25 school, year all flyers and other marketing material will reflect this new name.
Thank you to all who supported us on our journey.
