Sunday - York Halloween Parade
Buses are not used for this. Students must be dropped off at the Fairgrounds and picked up after the parade at Wire Mesh Productions.
12:30 - 12:45 - meet at the York Fairgrounds Stadium. Student drop off at Gate 6 off of Highland Avenue. Students will use walking gate and meet the trailer inside the stadium.
The parade starts at 2:00 but we are in division 2. I estimate we will step off between 2:30 and 3:00.
I can only estimate we will finish the parade between 4:00 and 4:30. We will look to park the trailer at Wire Mesh Productions on Fulton Street. This is where parent pick up will be, unless we are forced to change plans that afternoon.
If you are not a member of the Marching Band Remind text group, please join it so Husler can communicate with everyone on Sunday.

For parents of Seniors

Senior Parents:
A message from Jenn Myers:
I know many of you have heard that I would like to see our senior band members represented with posters at senior night. Over the years I noticed that marching band was the only group that did not have posters.
Ideally the posters would have pictures from all stages of their lives.
If you would like to participate, I ask that your posters are in the band room or given to me no later then 10/17 so I have them to hang on 10/19.

Band camp reminder: starts Wednesday 8-4 @ ys middle school. Don't forget to bring LOTS of water or a big jug you can refill, sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses/hat, f***y pack, pen/pencil, gloves, flag, and lunch. The field has NO shade so it will be very important that you protect yourself from the shade and stay hydrated.
