🎓We present to you Logos Academy's graduating class of 2026.

The Logos Academy Class of 2026 is a truly exceptional and extraordinary group of men and women.

They are scholars who take their studies seriously. We have 5 seniors graduating with a 4.0 GPA and several more not far behind. Assignments turned in on time are the norm, not the exception. In a day when teenagers read fewer books, this class is filled with avid readers. Many have already completed numerous college classes while managing rigorous high school course loads.

This class is also known for their athletic prowess. They are competitive cheerleaders, captains of their soccer, football, and volleyball teams. Leaders on and off the field and court.

They are also some of the most talented artists Logos has ever known, with many finalists in art contests and displays in local shows. Many have been at Logos since kindergarten. Many will be the first in their families to finish college.
They are scholars, readers, athletes, artists, poets, entrepreneurs, and men and women of character who have blessed and inspired us in their pursuit of courage, temperance, prudence, and justice.

To the Class of 2026: Thank you for sharing your gifts, for leading us so well, and for being role models for future generations.

🎓SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: Celebrating Adrine

Adrine was accepted into 11 colleges: Temple, Penn State, Kent State, York, Albright, Morgan, IUP, LSU, Shippensburg, Clark, and Towson University. She won more than $100,000 in scholarships and grants to her top five schools, covering the full cost of tuition to three of them. She will attend York College where she plans to major in nursing and become a traveling RN.

Adrine is known around York as "the great tumbler." She is a Triple Crown Champion and has traveled across the country competing with her all-star cheer team. But Adrine is also one of the most generous, motivated, and caring people you will ever meet.

In her own words: "I have always wanted to be someone who provides comfort and strength to those in need. Meaningful personal connections with patients are crucial for their healing. Even tiny acts of kindness can make a big difference, such as holding a scared patient's hand, explaining things simply, or pushing for better patient care. My cheerleading journey has shown me that with perseverance and faith in myself, I can overcome obstacles. I want to cheer patients on, helping them to do the same."
Her advice for all of you: "Don't be afraid to ask for help. Stay focused on your goals and enjoy every moment because high school goes by fast."

What Adrine will miss most are the close relationships with teachers and classmates at Logos. We couldn't be more proud of the woman you have become!

🎓SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: Meet Eliana

In the history of Logos Academy, it is hard to imagine a more decorated student than Eliana. She has served as student government treasurer, was our school's representative for the Future Leaders of York Program, starred in Matilda, and won multiple Poetry Out Loud and Optimist International Oratorical Competitions. She maintains a 4.0 GPA, has been selected for several paid internships, and founded our first student-led community service club, JOI.

Eliana was accepted into 9 colleges: Arcadia, Chestnut Hill, Liberty, the University of Pittsburgh, Messiah, Eastern, St. Joseph's, Mount St. Mary's, and Millersville University. She is the recipient of hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships, including the Distinguished Honors, Martin Multicultural, and Blue & Gold Scholarships. She will attend Messiah in the fall where, after winning the local Christopher Columbus Scholarship, she now has tuition, room, and board covered.

In her own words: "I plan to graduate college with my bachelor's degree in a liberal arts major and continue on for my master's degree. I eventually hope to earn my doctorate. With these degrees, I want to either start or join a non-profit organization that seeks justice for marginalized communities. I do not know what my future holds but I know who holds the future. I believe that wherever God places me, I will have the chance to be of service to others."

On what she will miss most: "One thing I will miss the most is the meaningful connections I made with my peers and teachers. The people at Logos have encouraged me and made my educational experience invigorating. I have been poured into by so many of the faculty because they recognized something in me that I had yet to see in myself: courage. I am thankful that my parents placed me at Logos because if I were anywhere else, I would not have been able to reach my full potential."

Your love for God, for others, for reading, and for learning exemplify the hopes and dreams we have for all our graduates. Thank you, Eliana. We are really going to miss you!

🎓SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: Introducing Franco

Franco was accepted into 15 colleges: Millersville, West Virginia, the University of Maine, York, Robert Morris, Liberty, Lehigh, Ole Miss, High Point, Drexel, Duquesne, Bradley, Belmont, PennWest, Lipscomb, and Clemson. He will attend Millersville in the fall where he will major in general business, minor in marketing, and play NCAA Division II soccer. In the future, he would like to be a real estate agent with Iron Valley Real Estate of York County and dreams of one day having his own properties, starting businesses, and using his wealth to help others and advance the kingdom of Christ.

In his own words: "My dad is from Argentina: a country known for its wholesome food, close knit community, and of course its fútbol. Soccer is a part of my heritage. It is often referred to as the worldwide language because it is universally loved. No matter where you go in the world, you can bond with people on the pitch. My mom is from Puerto Rico. We value family, cherish celebrations, and embrace a spirit of entrepreneurship. I am always thinking of new business ideas and would love to one day have the capital to put my dreams into motion. I am a fast learner, have strong interpersonal skills, and am a natural salesman. Soccer and an entrepreneurial spirit are important parts of my heritage."

We are proud of your past, excited to celebrate you in the present, and can't wait to see what your future holds.

🎓SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: Celebrating Ezekiel

Ezekiel was accepted into 13 colleges: Alverina, Drexel, Duquesne, Elizabethtown, Gannon, King's College, Lebanon Valley, Mercyhurst, Penn State, Robert Morris, Susquehanna, Washington College, and New York Institute of Technology. He will attend Penn State in the fall, starting at their Harrisburg campus on a full ride scholarship. He plans to pursue a degree in computer engineering.

In his own words: "New technologies have always fascinated me. In elementary school, I joined a robotics club. This was my first experience with coding. We built a machine that could walk across a table and pick up objects. I love to learn and am always thinking of possible inventions or wondering if different theories will work. I do not always have the resources to prove my hypothesis yet, but one day I will. In college, I want to learn how to create and improve both hardware and software. For a career, I dream of one day making new inventions or improvements to ones that already exist. I would love to create an invention that gets a patent, to look at something that blesses others and say: 'I made this.' I have an inquisitive mind, care about others, work well on a team, and can bring a community of people together for a common goal. Problems do not scare me; they motivate me."

We are really proud of you, Ezekiel, and can't wait to see what problems you solve in this world!

🎓SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: Meet Rakim

Rakim was accepted into 14 colleges: Albright, Arizona State, Shippensburg, Lincoln, Temple, Kent State, Morgan State, Buffalo State, Ole Miss, Millersville, Towson, West Virginia, Coppin State, and IUP. He won tens of thousands in scholarships and grants, surpassing the full cost of tuition at 2 of his top 5 schools. He will attend Temple University in the fall to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate.
During his junior year, Rakim served as student body president. He also participated in paid internships at the Goodridge Freedom Center and York County Safety Collab

In his own words: "The things that I will miss the most about Logos are my friends and the staff, everyone who believed in me and never let me give up. I'll never forget any of you. I love and appreciate you all."

We will miss your outgoing personality, great sense of humor, profound contributions to class discussions, passion, and positive attitude. You are a natural leader. We are so proud of the man you have become!

🎓SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: Introducing Orianna

Orianna was accepted into every college to which she applied: Messiah, Penn State, Liberty, Gettysburg College, York, and Drexel University. She will attend Messiah in the fall on a full ride scholarship and was accepted into Messiah's honors program. She is also the recipient of the local $2000 Big 33 Scholarship. Orianna plans to major in nutrition.

In high school, Orianna represented our school in the Future Leaders of York Program, volunteered as a teacher's aide in a grammar school classroom, was a finalist in the Optimist International Oratorical Contest, served as JOI Club's first secretary, started on our volleyball team, was vice president of student government, held down the same job for four years, and maintained a 4.0 GPA.

Orianna believes it is part of her life calling to bridge the gap between traditional and functional medicine. She wants to become a certified nutritionist and aid clients in recovering from illnesses or, even better, preventing them altogether.
Her advice to younger students: "Trust in God. Work hard, make the most of the opportunities He brings your way, and have faith that He wants your good. There is truly nothing impossible for Him."

We are so proud of you, Orianna, and are confident that God is going to use you to bring wholeness and healing to many people.
