Masons, friends, and family of York Lodge No. 266. York's oldest Lodge. St. Meetings were held at the Odd Fellow Hall on the corner of King and George Streets.
John’s Lodge No. 123 F&AM was granted a warrant on Nov 30, 1810 and was constituted in York, PA. The Lodge started with 10 members and grew to 41 in 1829 and due to the anti-masonic movement, the Lodge was disbanded and the warrant returned to the Grand Lodge of F&AM of PA. With new interest in Freemasonry, York Lodge No. 266 was granted a warrant on Sept 6, 1852 and was constituted on Nov 4, 185

Introduction of K9 Mason – York County Sheriff’s Office
Date: March 20, 2026 Time: 11:00 AM
Location: York County Judicial Center 45 North George Street York, PA 5th Floor – Multipurpose Room 5009
The York County Sheriff’s Office will be hold a press conference with Sheriff Richard Keuerleber and representatives from partnering agencies to introduce the newest member of the Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit, K9 Mason.
K9 Mason was made possible through the cooperation of the York County District Attorney’s Office and a successful fundraising campaign organized by Zeredatha–White Rose Lodge No. 451 F&AM, along with support from additional local lodges throughout York County.
Members of the press are permitted to bring recording equipment. Press credentials must be presented upon entry.
