The Royal Square Garden, in the beginning stages of becoming a community garden, is just one small part of a larger project to revitalize York City. The space will grow flowers, fruits, and vegetables as well as provide a creative space for art and educational workshops. Because of it's location in the Royal Square District, local merchants and residents can use the space to host a variety of community activities. Eventually this garden will donate it's produce to a deserving local entity.
