Last week, one of the clients at the Adult Enrichment Center wanted to play in the program. I encouraged her to come up, though I admit that I doubted she could actually play the piano. I think we all teared up a little when she played a couple Christmas carols, loud and clear! She bowed dramatically at the end and let us all know her name and how old she was. She was crying too. It was a sweet reminder of how God gives us all the capacity to find joy in music. Today when we returned to the center for our second group of students, I encouraged this young lady to be part of the program again. Her joy gave us joy!

The special needs friends around us bless us with their appreciation for the simple joys in life! 🥰🎶✨️

Today we had the joy of taking a second group of students to the Adult Enrichment Center in York! Many of the students have been there the last few years at Christmas. It was sweet to see how much they have grown and matured as musicians. 🎶 We have the best students! ❤️
