Loud and Quiet

This is a topic that is explored through ALL levels of Kindermusik! We explore various ways to play instruments, use our voices, and move our bodies loudly and quietly.

Kindermusik allows for children to explore, investigate, and experiment with ideas such as loud and quiet in a comfortable setting. There are no wrong ways to explore as long as we have safe bodies 🥰.
One may choose to tap a drum with one finger or rub the drum to play quietly. They may stand up and march while beating the drum with a flat hand to play loudly!

Come explore music, sound, and movement with us! Classes for fall are open for registration with classes in West York, East York, and Lancaster!

Our Kindermusik classes are the perfect weekly activity for children aged birth though 7! We sing, move, play instruments, read books, and so much more through developmentally appropriate lessons.

As bittersweet as the end of the year always is, I’ll be honest and say- I’m ready for a break! After two concussions within the last two months, my brain is taking a much needed rest.

But there is still a lot going on behind the scenes! Our fabulous teachers are gearing up for a summer full of musical fun at our studio and our local libraries. ☀️
