50th Reunion is in the books. What a wonderful 2 nights of great food and wonderful conversations. Thank you everyone who attended and we missed those who were unable to attend.

Hello classmates….tomorrow, Friday, October 13th is the beginning of a wonderful weekend of great festivities and lots of conversations and picture taking.

Allen S. Rouscher, age 68, of West Manchester Township, York, died at 3:52 AM Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at Select Specialty. He was the husband of Mary C. (Wire) Rouscher.

Born December 9, 1954, in York, a son of the late Ralph and Mary M. (Baublitz) Rouscher, he retired from the New Cumberland Army Depot, as Police Captain, and was a member of the National Rifle Association. He also served in the United States Army for seven years as military police during the Viet Nam War.

In addition to his wife of 40 years, Mr. Rouscher is survived by a daughter, Leah E. Rouscher, of Dover; a grandson, Nicola Maxwell; and two brothers, Ralph Rouscher, Jr., of Manchester, and Michael G. Rouscher, of Red Lion. He was also preceded in death by a son, Michael J. Rouscher, and two sisters, Naomi Jacobs, and Anaya Park.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 2150 Carlisle Road, York. Viewings will be from 5:00-7:00 PM Monday and 1:00-2:00 PM Tuesday. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery with military rites provided by the York County Veterans Honor Guard.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors, PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.

March 10, 1955

On April 7, 2023, Stephen Mange, a resident of Kennett Square, passed away after a long illness. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Caroline Mange (Williams).

Steve was born in York, Pennsylvania to Joan and Emerson Mange who preceded him in death. Steve was the oldest brother of four siblings. He is fondly remembered by his brothers, Michael Mange of Vero Beach, FL, Brian Mange of El Cajon, CA and his sister, Meredith (Irwin) of Kennett Square. He was loved and admired by his many nieces, nephews and colleagues across the country.

All who knew him will miss him dearly.

Stephen was a graduate of the Penn State College of Engineering and pursued a lifelong love of mechanical and environmental sciences. He received his Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from IIT in Chicago. He had a fascination in discovering how things worked and how they were put together. At a young age, Steve demonstrated his engineering skills by mechanical and engineering projects ranging from home built go-carts and motorcycles to industrial plants in small towns and large cities.

Steve and Caroline moved numerous times in their life together. They used to joke that they moved every five years if they needed to or not! They made many memories and friendships in WV, VA, IL, MO, MD and PA. They loved entertaining and cooking together, making such specialties as Turducken!

Steve was an avid sailor and he and Caroline enjoyed sailing on Lake Michigan in IL and the Chesapeake in Maryland, as well as the Caribbean.

A spring memorial luncheon and celebration of Steve's life will be announced on this website once details are confirmed.

In lieu of flowers, his wife and family ask for donations to the American Stroke Association or the Alzheimer's Association in his memory.
