☀️ Too hot? Never! We play anyway! 🏃♂️💨
Our YSD1 Parenting Partnerships "We Play!" playgroup yesterday (October 14th) was an absolute blast on the Jefferson Field playground!
The little ones were working hard building their gross motor skills—tackling the steps, zooming down the slides, soaring on the swings, kicking balls, and making waves with our favorite giant parachute! 🎈🤸♀️
Inside the shade, we switched gears to fine motor fun, where our tiny creators got busy coloring custom hats and sticking their way through fire safety activities. 🖍️🎩

A massive shoutout to Kristi from the City of York Fire Department! Even during a chaotic, high-call day, she swooped in like a true hero to show off a small fire truck and pass out awesome safety information and fun goodies to the kids. Thank you for making our day so special!
🩺 We also want to give a huge thanks to Nurse Daves, who joined the fun to keep our youngest little learners healthy with quick hearing and vision screenings!
It might have been hot, but it was the perfect day for playing, learning, and staying safe together. We love our community! 🤝❤️
