🍂🎃 TRIMMER FALL FESTIVAL VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 🎃🍂

The West York Elementary PTO is getting ready for our annual Trimmer Fall Festival on Friday, October 23rd from 9:00–11:15 AM!

We’re looking for volunteers to help run the different stations and make the morning fun for our students! Please plan to stay for the entire event and dress appropriately for a school event.

When signing up, please let us know if you will be taking your student home with you at the end of the school day.

📌 If you have not had your ID scanned into the RAPTOR system, please stop by the school office before the event to make sure you are in the system and complete the guest volunteer form.

Our PTO paired with Lincolnway for their“ Fall in Love with Lincolnway“ event last week! The PTO was happy to donate the door prizes for this event. There were four winners: 2nd grade- Jaxon Wynn and Alexandria Hurtt and 3rd grade- Christopher Falise and Isaiah Mosley! Congratulations! Thank you to everyone who came out and made the event awesome!

We’re kicking off our first fundraiser of the school year, and this one is an easy one to get behind - R&K Subs and Sandwiches!

This fundraiser helps the West York Elementary PTO cover our K–5 students’ field trip experiences and transportation, so every order helps us give our students some pretty awesome experiences this year! 🚌💙
And we’re adding a little extra incentive this year!

In addition to our usual Top Seller gift card, EVERY student who sells more than $400 will be entered into a drawing for a FAMILY 4-PACK OF HERSHEYPARK TICKETS! 🎢🍫

Order forms will be coming home soon, so keep an eye out!
📅 Orders are due to the school offices by 10/5
💵 Cash or check accepted (checks payable to West York Elementary PTO)
✏️ PLEASE make sure the top of the order form is filled out so your student gets credit for their sales!
📦 Pickup: Monday, 10/26 from 5:00–6:30 PM at Trimmer Elementary

Join us today, Thursday, September 10th, from 4:00–9:00 PM* at Infinito’s. When you stop in for dinner, just let the cashier know you’re there to support West York Elementary PTO. Our Dine-to-Donate is available at either York location!
For every qualifying guest, $2 will be donated to our PTO!

It’s that easy! Grab some pizza, enjoy dinner with your family & friends, and help support the programs and activities we provide for our students. 🍕❤️
