Have you thought about this before? I have! When I look back on my career, I have found that I have done both. There are times I have played big and gave it my all. And there were times when I did not. I was going through the paces. If I am really honest with myself, when I saw this statement, it hit me like a ton of bricks. I know if I had just been more diligent and played even just a bit bigger, I would have been so much further ahead and truly no worse for the wear. I would have been emotionally and financially more satisfied. Gave a moment of pause!

Just finished a great call hosted by Elaine Williams. She and Julie Marty-Pearson are teaming up to help people build their podcasts and be better presenters. I love learning about how to do new behaviors and tasks that support the growth of my business and my client's businesses. Today, she interviewed Caterina Rando a master speaker and host of over 150 podcasts. I gleaned so much. I am amazed at how many resources we have if we take time to look for them. Everything truly is Figureoutable (as Marie Forleo says in her book).

Yesterday I forgot to post about the class I was in hosted by Tracie Root. She had Angela Wilson present Whole Wealth and You: Design the Life You Want. Angela is a master at identifying mindset blocks and helping you have breakthroughs to reach your goals. She asks great questions and offers great insights. I am so grateful to be a part of the The Gather Community with Tracie Root because I meet and connect with incredible business owners.

I just got off an incredible call with Caterina Rando. I am part of her Speaker Mastermind, and she is an incredible speaker and trainer. I have grown so much this year under her tutelage. I highly recommend you connect with her if you are looking to grow especially speaking.

Just had a Bold strategy session with Tracie Root! She is an incredible community builder, leader, and coach. She has been supporting me and many other business owners throughout the year. As we wrap up 2024, I am now looking forward to 2025. She will play a big role in the coming year. Today has been so good. Rested this morning, much needed. Then, I jumped on a training call with Caterina Rando. I am in her Speaker Mastermind program, learning how to grow personally. She is so brilliant and I am so blessed to be in her community.

Been a great and busy day. Started my day with my BNI meeting at the York Revolution Stadium. Today Becca Ream Weigle of Ream Printing Co. Inc. and Aleem McAllister from AT&T spoke to our group about the products and services they provide. We now are better equipped to be their sales force. I love my BNI York 2 group! Tracie Root did it again. She provided a powerhouse presentation by way of Patty Farmer in her The Gather Community. It was like drinking water out of a fire hose. So much information my mind is blown. I am so grateful to this community and its contributors who are ridiculously generous in their sharing. Now, to implement what I learned!!!
