A raw, vulnerable, honest conversation about being disliked.
I’m learning to sit with discomfort, learn from it, and let it go. It’s a hard lesson, but I’ve been working at reframing my mindset and reminding myself that criticism means I’m creating frameworks that resonate with ME and the people I serve. I’m not swimming with the other fish. And even though that grinds some peoples gears, it’s okay.
