Congratulations to Daniel Belpre on reaching another incredible milestone!

Daniel first completed our Barber Program, earned his Pennsylvania Barber License, and then returned to complete our Barber Instructor Program. His passion for the profession and his dedication to helping others have earned him a place on our instructional team.

We are proud to welcome Daniel as our Spanish Barber Instructor, pending completion of his State Board instructor license. His journey is proof that hard work, commitment, and perseverance create opportunities.

🎓 Attention Graduates of World A Cuts Beauty and Barber Institute 🎓

Congratulations on completing your barbering education and successfully graduating from World A Cuts Beauty and Barber Institute. Completing the required training hours and graduating from the program is a major accomplishment, and we are proud of every graduate who has reached that milestone.

However, graduation is only one part of the journey. To become fully licensed, graduates must also complete and pass the Pennsylvania State Board Theory and Practical Examinations.

We have noticed that several graduates have completed the program but have not yet taken the final step of scheduling and completing their State Board exams. Whether you feel nervous, need additional preparation, or simply have not found the time to schedule your exams, we want you to know that we are here to help.

Unlike many schools that end their support after graduation, World A Cuts Beauty and Barber Institute continues to assist graduates by providing guidance, theory review, practical exam preparation, and support throughout the licensing process.

📢 Graduate Support Deadline – October 31, 2026

Effective immediately, any graduate who completed the program within the past two years may return to the school and receive assistance free of charge through October 31, 2026.

Our graduate support includes:

✅ State Board Theory Exam Preparation
✅ State Board Practical Exam Preparation
✅ Assistance with Scheduling State Board Exams
✅ Guidance Through the Licensing Process
✅ Additional Support and Resources When Available

In some cases, the school may also be able to assist graduates with resources related to the testing process. Our goal is to help every graduate complete the final step toward becoming a licensed professional.

Please understand that while you have successfully graduated from the program, obtaining your license requires completing and passing the State Board examinations. We encourage every graduate to take advantage of this opportunity and finish what they started.

After October 31, 2026, graduates who have not completed their State Board requirements and wish to return for additional training or preparation will be required to complete a recertification process, and a recertification fee will apply.

Your success is important to us. We are not requiring anyone to take their exams, but we strongly encourage every graduate to move forward and obtain the license they worked so hard to earn.

🕊️ In Loving Memory of James Noland 🕊️

Today, our hearts are heavy as we remember one of our beloved students and friends, James Noland.

James began his journey with World A Cuts Barber & Beauty Institute on January 20, 2025. From the very beginning, he was dedicated, motivated, and determined to create a better future for himself. He quickly became more than a student he became part of our school family.

In the spring of 2025, James faced one of the greatest challenges of his life. He took a leave of absence to undergo major heart surgery. While many would have given up, James never stopped fighting. During his recovery, he remained committed to his education and continued participating in classes through Zoom and online learning. His strength, faith, and determination inspired everyone around him.

James successfully completed his program and continued to stay connected with the school. He often stopped by to visit, prepare for his State Board examination, and encourage others.

One of my favorite memories of James was in 2026 when he asked if he could host a Super Bowl party at the school for his family and close friends. We were honored to open our doors to him. We didn’t charge him anything—we simply wanted him to enjoy the moment with the people he loved. It turned out to be a wonderful gathering filled with laughter, fellowship, friendship, and great memories. Looking back, I am grateful that we were able to share that special day with him.

After speaking with his wife today, I learned just how much this school, our staff, and our students meant to James. She shared how being part of the school community helped him find purpose, direction, and a renewed outlook on life. She told me that the relationships he built here and the support he received from our staff and students played a significant role in helping him see life differently. Those words touched my heart deeply.

James taught us all a powerful lesson: no matter what obstacles life places before you, never stop fighting, never stop believing, and never give up. He faced challenges that many of us cannot imagine, yet he continued to move forward with courage, determination, and hope.

While we wish we had more time with him, we trust God’s plan and know that James’ life touched many people for the better. His legacy will live on through the lives he impacted, the friendships he built, and the inspiration he gave to others.

Rest in peace, James. You will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always loved.

On behalf of the entire World A Cuts Barber & Beauty Institute family, we extend our prayers and condolences to his wife, family, and loved ones.

We are currently planning a special event to honor James’ memory and will share additional details soon.
