This year, Central Westchester Schools are focused on opportunities to increase student math skills. Here, a St. Peter School student is using multiple tools – including arrays – to build a better understanding multiplication. Some studies suggest that students in grades three and higher can more readily develop an understanding of multiplication when they see it visually.
