Real learning is delightfully messy. 🧁
We measured, poured, cracked eggs, mixed, scooped, and then the baking naturally became imaginative play. These are the moments where fine motor skills, math, language, cooperation, and creativity all come together.

There is so much learning happening in these photos… even if it doesn’t look like traditional preschool. 💚

Today the children dug, scooped, mixed, chopped, poured, built, experimented, and created. They solved problems, strengthened little hands, practiced coordination, developed language, and used their imaginations—all through play.

We don’t rush children from one activity to the next. We create environments that invite curiosity, allowing children the time and space to ask questions, test ideas, and discover their own solutions.

Because childhood isn’t a race. It’s a time to wonder, explore, and become confident learners.

Sweet Pea’s Early Learning Place Update

We will reopen on July 24 for currently enrolled families.

I will begin scheduling tours in mid-August, with new enrollments beginning in September. Families needing care before the start of the school year, including school staff, are welcome to inquire about late August availability.

If you are interested in enrolling your child, you’re welcome to send a message. I will begin returning enrollment inquiries and scheduling tours in mid-August.

I look forward to welcoming both returning and new families in the coming months.🍃
