Phase 2 complete!! ✅

The front mount is holding, cycling, and staying on target. A little fine tuning on harmonics and it's ready for Phase 3.

🔥 COURT RULING!! HUGE WIN FOR SUPPRESSORS 🔥

LETS GOOOO! We are ECSTATIC over today's news!

For the first time EVER, a federal court has ruled that the NFA's registration requirement for suppressors cannot stand without the tax that once justified it.

In GOA's case, a Texas Federal Judge just issued a PERMANENT INJUNCTION finding the NFA as applied to untaxed items is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and struck down NFA registration for:

❌ Suppressors
❌ Short-Barreled Rifles (SBRs)
❌ Short-Barreled Shotguns (SBSs)
❌ AOWs

This is thanks to SilencerCo as co-plaintiff, GOA, FPC, SAF and their legal teams, plus our allies in Congress who eliminated the tax.

What does this mean?
This is a massive step toward getting suppressors OUT from under the NFA entirely.

Important details:
• Soonest it could take effect is 7 days IF the DOJ does not appeal • If DOJ appeals, the ruling is on hold pending final resolution • As of now, the injunction covers all members of GOA, FPC, and SAF, plus residents of TX, AK, GA, ID, IN, KS, LA, MT, ND, OK, SC, SD, UT, WV, and WY
The fight isn't over yet, but this is HISTORIC.
