Sewing Classes for Kids & Teens! We are a school dedicated to teaching sewing and the fiber arts to the next generation. All students begin with the basics and progress at their own pace while completing fun projects in a warm, small group setting. They learn and create alongside their friends and fellow "sewists" in a relaxed, supportive circle of camaraderie. Students receive individual instr

uction as they make their own clothing, decorations, quilts, accessories, gifts and crafts. Our classes go beyond simply advancing sewing skills. They also build important life skills such as creativity, patience, organization, responsibility, problem solving, mathematics, project completion and self esteem. We offer weekly classes, short workshops, summer camps, Girl Scout projects and homeschooler lessons. Students will have opportunities to sew for charity by completing projects to donate to local causes. We also host birthday parties and sewing sleepovers. An annual fashion show provides all students a venue to display their work! They can model their designs and/or exhibit their creations.
