🐾 Stay in the Loop! Yates Center is Moving to BAND
🐾 OUR GOAL: BETTER COMMUNICATION!
That's why Yates Center Junior/Senior High School is moving to the BAND app for activity and group communication!
As we begin the school year, please watch for invitations from your student's coaches and sponsors and make sure you join the appropriate groups.
If you have questions about which group your student should join, please contact the coach, sponsor, or school office.

BAND will give our coaches, sponsors, students, and families one convenient place to communicate about school activities and groups.
🚀 GETTING STARTED IS EASY!
STEP 1 — DOWNLOAD BAND 📲
Download the free BAND app on your phone or tablet.
Apple: Search for “BAND – App for all groups” in the App Store.
Android: Search for “BAND – App for all groups” in Google Play.
STEP 2 — CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT 👤
Create an account using your email address or another available sign-in option.
STEP 3 — JOIN YOUR STUDENT'S GROUP 🐾
Coaches and activity sponsors will provide information for joining the appropriate BAND group.
You may receive:
🔗 An invitation link
📱 An invitation code
📷 A QR code
Simply follow the invitation instructions to join the group.
Important: If your student participates in multiple activities, you may need to join multiple BAND groups.
STEP 4 — TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS 🔔
Make sure notifications are turned on so you don't miss important information such as:
“Practice has been moved.”
“The bus leaves at 3:15.”
“Tonight's game has been canceled.”
