Opportunity

When we were young the whole world was an opportunity. Unconsciously we breathed, tasted, we smelled, touched, looked, listened and sensed. We didn’t think much. We lived in the moment and the moment came alive in our experience.

Memories and consciousness sprung out of these early experiences. We learned to use words to store descriptions of what we tasted, smelled, touched, saw, heard and sensed. Preferences were the result.

Preferences turn into habits and habits into cravings and cravings into addictions. We are powerless over this process. Unless…

Let’s explore together our relationship with money and how to rediscover the opportunities life has to offer. The other stuff can fall away.

This time Financial Literacy for Nonprofits, Board Members and Entrepreneurs and will be followed by Yarmouth Chamber's After Hours networking from 6p-7p. Tastings from Revel Board + Beverage. We are SO excited about this event! Join us at the beautiful Currency Institute in Yarmouth, ME for this FREE info session presented by Dr. Michelle Roy from Centreboard PT & Massage.

Dr. Michelle, Pelvic Health PT Specialist and Massage Therapist, will discuss pelvic rehab including: what conditions a pelvic rehab provider treats, what happens at a pelvic rehab appointment, pelvic rehab interventions and how pelvic health plays a role in overall health.

This event is for everyone- whether you have NO idea what pelvic rehab is (but maybe you keep hearing about it lately), you’re curious if it’s something you may benefit from, or you’re a provider wanting to know if your patients can benefit from pelvic rehab. We will discuss the basics of pelvic rehab, so no previous knowledge of the topic is required!
