NYA Alumni

One week ago today, we celebrated Homecoming and the Edgar F. White ’38 Athletic Hall of Fame at NYA! 🧡🖤

Despite the rain, spirits were high as alumni, families, friends, and members of the NYA community came together for a day filled with Panther pride, school spirit, and meaningful connections!

We were especially proud to honor our newest Athletic Hall of Fame inductees: Dan Bartlett ’04, Henry Sterling ’10, and the 1994 and 1995 Field Hockey Teams! 🏆

From the Hall of Fame celebrations and Panther Village to athletic contests and our Alumni Reception, the day was a wonderful reminder of what makes the NYA community so special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the celebration so memorable. We can't wait to welcome you back to campus again soon!

A new chapter is taking shape at NYA.

Beginning in the 2027–2028 school year, North Yarmouth Academy plans to expand its athletic offerings with new NEPSAC programs in field hockey, boys basketball, boys and girls soccer, and boys and girls lacrosse. 🏑🏀⚽🥍

This is about more than where we compete.

It’s about creating new opportunities for students to challenge themselves, learn from exceptional coaches and teachers, prepare for the next level, and help shape the culture and traditions of programs that are being built for the future.

And students don’t have to wait until 2027 to be part of it.

Curious about what’s changing, why NYA is making the move, what it means for current and prospective students, or how to get involved?

We’ve created a new resource with answers to those questions and more.
