The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for our area until 4 p.m. Affected Pennsylvania counties include Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. NWS lists two main concerns with Isaias for our area: flash flooding from heavy rain and strong winds. No flooding is expected along the Delaware River in Bucks County, but smaller streams, notably the Neshaminy and Perkiomen Creeks, bear watching. Wind gusts in our area are expected to reach a high range of 58 to 72 mph.
