We all came into this world with just 2 “pre-programmed” fears. Fear of loud noises and fear of falling. Other than that... we were a clean, clear, blank slate to start out life.
This means everything else... EVERYTHING ELSE that limits us, bothers us, challenges our ability to be clear, healthy, loving, successful, at our ideal weight and not dealing with limiting beliefs, fears, phobias, undesirable habits, came LATER.
Anyone can make “changes” by simply choosing (think “Will Power”) to change.
Where the rub comes in is this. Will Power alone is a function of our Conscious Mind. That’s the part of us reading these words now. The part of us that “thinks” and “decides” things.
