Roasting delicious, sustainably-sourced coffees in Yakima since 2017.

I mean we've always had a soft spot for Long Miles Coffee Project coffees but dang, y'all, this fully-washed coffee from the new Ninga washing station is really something else.

Ultra-sweet with notes of orange-infused chocolate and a berries-and-jasmine aroma, this is not a coffee you'll soon forget.

Ask your favorite coffee shop in Yakima if they have it in stock, or head to our web store to get some shipped to your house.

Why buy from small roasters like us? The very nature of small-scale production means we get our eyes on a higher proportion of individual beans, which means we have a much higher chance of catching defects before they make it into your cup.

And also we personally know a higher percentage of our customers, so it's a lot easier to feel protective of your morning coffee experience :)

Heads up! Bale Breaker Brewing Company is releasing another limited run of their Incoherency Stout this weekend. This is, without the least bit of hyperbole, the best beer we've ever tasted. And while we're not saying that because it has our coffee in it, we're still really dang proud to be a part of it.

Keep an eye on www.balebreaker.com for the release, or go by the taproom in Moxee. And DON'T WAIT. It sold out in just a few days last year.
