If you train on your dirt bike you have 2 options, training the easy way or the hard way.

In this video i simply break down my views on why some riders make it and others don't. Why people make all their dreams happen while other barely can make it day by day. Why theres a first place and a last place.

One of my favorite bible verses is Job 8:8 Ask the former generations and find out what their fathers learned, for we were born yesterday and know nothing.

To me its this idea that others have spent their whole lives figuring out how to do something. Today we have an opportunity to gain knowledge that took others generations to learn.

In motocross it's no different. There are the greats, the legends, and the Pro's who have spent their life mastering motocross and we can follow their path to success.

I've spent over 10 years learning and studying successful riders and have created a system for myself that has helped me accomplish every moto goal i have set for myself.

This system is something i call "MX TRAINING SECRETS" Its a shortcut to mx master for anyone who wants to chase moto goals on and off the track.

The battlefield of the mind – Nervous on the gate?? Try this…

Does your rider get nervous on the gate and give up?

Want to learn how to overcome fear and poor performance?

If your battling nerves on the gate you’re not alone. In this video I am going to give you a few tips I do to train mental toughness in hard situations.

Look in life its not hard to see the people who get hung up on life issues only because they don’t have the mental toughness to deal with the hard issues. Motocross give us an extreme version of life to learn foundational skills to make us successful. Its important to me to learn to push past these hard issues and not get complacent.

I will say these tips will not make the nerves go away on the gate, as these are often time triggered by the subconscious significates we place on the event, however these tips will teach you how to manage the stress and perform at a higher level when its required of you.

To god be the glory. It’s crazy a few years ago I gave up riding to focus on my relationship with Christ. I guess he still has plans for those in the Motorsport community. Thanks to everyone who was apart of making this day very special for all these kids.

Growing up I always wished my parents knew more about Mx riding techniques, so that I didn’t have to learn everything the hard way.

The reason why I created this book is because i wanted to design a fun book that could give parents the power to train their riders even with limited knowledge. In my mind this would support family bonding moments and help keep riders safer while doing what they love.

What ever your reason is to why you ride dirt bikes. We all have something in our DNA to try our best and improve just a little every time we ride. This book will give you the techniques to over come bad habits and support future growth and speed.
