I’m Lauren — a corporate WFH mom to one wildly wonderful 2-year-old. I spent many years working in daycares and as a nanny while earning my MBA and eventually entering the hustle of the corporate world.
Then I became a boy mom, and that “do more, hustle harder” mentality quickly shifted into a desire to slow down, get grounded, and build a childhood rooted in nature.
I strongly believe in limiting screen time and giving kids plenty of opportunities to be outside. In our house, we love collecting sticks, rocks, and acorns, hunting for bugs, and simply seeing where a little curiosity takes us. 🪵🐞🍂
I deeply believe in what Raising Primaries is doing, but I know that work schedules, distance, and everyday life can sometimes get in the way of attending.
So, for all my local mamas who feel the same way I do, it’s my pleasure to bring some of these opportunities a little closer to home. If you’ve been wishing for an outdoor learning option closer to North Wilmington, now is the time to show us!
