🎄🎁 WE NEED HOLIDAY SHOP VOLUNTEERS! 🎁🎄

One of our favorite Grand View traditions is coming up — Holiday Shop! ❤️💚

Our gym will be transformed into a special shop where students get to pick out Christmas gifts for their family members. Seeing how excited and proud the kids are to choose their own gifts is what makes this event so much fun! 🥰

But we need LOTS of volunteers to make it happen!

🙌 We need help with:
🎄 Set Up
🛍️ Helping Students Shop
🎁 Wrapping Gifts
🧹 Tear Down

Even if you can only help for one shift, we would LOVE to have you!

Grand View PTC

09/17/2026

Please help us make this event successful. PTC is only 4 ladies and we cannot be everywhere at all times. We have nearly 400 students at Grand View there should be no problem filling these volunteer spots. Let's make this event a great one for our kids!

09/17/2026

We will be selling our blankets at Kindergarten tailgate/JV football game TONIGHT 9/17! 🏈📣

🚨 GAME VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 🚨

We still need at least 13 more volunteers to help with our upcoming games!

NHS was able to provide us with some volunteers, but unfortunately, we still don’t have enough. If we can’t fill the remaining spots, we may have to cancel some games.😞

Even volunteering for one game would be a huge help! ❤️🐾

🎪 We Need Your Help! 🎪

Our Fall Family Festival is one of our favorite traditions at Grand View — filled with games, prizes, food, drinks, and fun for our students and families. But right now, we are in need of someone willing to step up and chair this event for September.

Our PTC will absolutely help and support you every step of the way — you would not be doing this alone! However, with only 3 board members currently lined up for next year, we truly need additional volunteers willing to help lead and organize events so we can continue offering these special experiences for our school community.

Without someone to chair Fall Family Festival, we risk not being able to hold the event next year.

If you’ve ever thought about getting more involved, this is a great opportunity to make a huge imp
act for our students and families 💛
