Judina Haas lives in Maui, Hawaii and enrolled at Grace Christian University Online. She needed a way to continue her education without stepping away from the life and responsibilities already in front of her, and online learning gave her the ability to keep moving forward where she was.
As she took classes, Judina began understanding Scripture in a deeper way than she ever had growing up in church. Her faith became more personal, and the relationships she built along the way helped her continue moving forward.
During the time she was taking online classes, the Lahaina fires broke out not far from her home. In the middle of one of the most devastating disasters in Hawaii's history, Judina kept going and completed her degree.
No matter the distance, the circumstances, or the challenges along the way, her story shows that you don’t have to put your future on pause. Some of the clearest reminders of God’s faithfulness come during the seasons we never planned for.

Last Friday was a really special day on campus as we celebrated our 2026 graduates. From seeing our Grace Online students walk campus for the first time to gathering together for the Graduation Banquet and Award Ceremony, it was a day filled with joy and gratitude.
We’re thankful for the hard work, faith, and perseverance that brought each of you to this moment. It’s been a privilege to walk alongside you, and we’re excited to see how the Lord continues to lead and use you in the days ahead. Congratulations, Class of 2026!
