We wrapped up our season this weekend in Louisville, Kentucky at the 2026 Region 5 Xcel Regional Championships! 🖤🩷

Our athletes had a phenomenal meet and such a strong finish to the season. We are so proud of this group for all their hard work, growth, and the way they represented Michigan on a big stage. 🖤🩷

A huge congratulations to Addie, Alyse, Lena, Olivia, Eva, Georgie, and Eliza for qualifying and competing among some of the best athletes in Region 5, including Kentucky, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Indiana! 🖤🩷

State Meet Catch Up ✨

The last two weekends of March, our Xcel Gold and Platinum teams wrapped up their season at State Meet—and they showed up in a BIG way. We are so proud of how these athletes competed, supported each other, and represented our program. 💙

Here are some highlights (top 3 finishes):

Xcel Platinum:
🥇 Georgie – Bars State Champion
🥇🥇 Eva – Vault & Floor State Champion, 🥈 Beam, 🥉 All-Around
🥈🥈🥈 Eliza – 2nd on Beam, Vault & All-Around
🥈 Olive – 2nd on Bars, 🥉 Vault & All-Around
🥉 Lena – 3rd on Beam

Our Platinum team finished 13th in the state out of 57 teams, just 0.2 away from the top 10—an incredible accomplishment!

Xcel Gold:
🥇 Harper V – All-Around State Champion, Floor Champion, 🥈 Vault & Bars
🥇 Callie – Vault State Champion

Our Xcel Bronze team wrapped up their season at State this weekend, and we are so proud of this group! These girls have been so fun all season long, and it has been amazing to watch their hard work, confidence, and love for the sport grow. We are so excited to continue watching them develop as gymnasts in the years to come.

A huge shoutout to Emmie and Willa for breaking our Xcel Bronze bars record! What an amazing accomplishment.

This amazing group also broke our Xcel Bronze team record! 🎉👏

Our Xcel Silver team had their State Meet in Ypsilanti this weekend and they did AMAZING! 🎉✨ What an incredible way to close out the season.

This group had multiple season highs at State and earned our highest team score of the entire season! We are so proud of the hard work, dedication, and perseverance these girls showed all year long. Even more special was watching how they supported their teammates and cheered on the other athletes they rotated with during their session. 💙

We truly enjoyed every minute with this team and can’t wait to start working on new skills with them!

✨ Savannah – Season highs on vault, bars, and all around!
✨ Emma – Season high on all around!
🥈 Harlynn – 2nd place and season highs on floor and all around!
✨ Lucy – Season highs on floor and all around!
✨ Seryn – Season highs on vault, bars, beam, and all around!
🥉 Luna – Season high on floor and 3rd place on vault!
✨ Mia C – Season highs on floor and all around!
✨ Kyleigh – Season high on all around!
✨ Olive – Season high on all around!
🎉 And the team finished with our HIGHEST TEAM SCORE of the season!

We are so proud of this group and everything they accomplished this year. What an amazing season for our Xcel Silvers! 💙🤸‍♀️

We love giving the teens something to do on a Friday night. But we do not love some of the behavior and disrespect we have been recieving in return.

Some Teen Night Open Gym reminders:

1. All teens must be 13-19 years of age.
2. All teens must have a waiver on file before they can step foot on the floor.
3. Listening and obeying our rules is mandatory, not optional. We are now implementing a one and done policy. If a teen is disrespectful, breaking rules even after a coach corrects them, or misbehaving in a way that is unsafe, disrespectful, or rude, a call home will be implemented and they will have to be picked up by a parent immediately.

We also appreciate the help in talking to your teens about being respectful. We want teen night to be fun for everyone.
