Putting our personalities on display! 🎨 After taking the True Colors Personality Test, students added their results to the classroom ceiling

The test gave students a chance to learn more about themselves and how their classmates think and work differently.

Every time you walk into the EAST classroom, you get to look up and see all the different personalities that make up our program!

🧡 ORANGE
Bold, energetic, spontaneous, and adventurous. Oranges enjoy bringing a sense of fun to what they do.

💚 GREEN
Logical, creative, independent, and curious. Greens enjoy taking on challenges while thinking outside the box.

💙 BLUE
Warm, compassionate, creative, and people-focused. Blues value strong relationships and communication and enjoy helping others.

💛 GOLD
Loyal, dependable, organized, and responsible. Golds value structure and following through. You can count on them to get the job done!

Congratulations to our very own Wynne High School EAST students, Blair Huddleston and Tremaine Slaughter, on being selected for another year as Student Contributors by EAST Initiative!

Blair serves as a podcast host/producer, sharing the EAST story through the Empowered by EAST podcast. Tremaine serves as a content creator, writing stories that showcase the impact of EAST and the different projects happening across the organization.

We are so proud of you both and excited to see all you accomplish!

END OF YEAR SHENANIGANS!

Over the last few weeks, each class period was tasked with creating a Lego inspired block character. Each character has its’ own unique style, that was based off the creators design choices. Through this assignment, EAST students learned how to use Tinkercad and Creality. What a way to end the year!

⭐️TREMAINE SLAUGHTER⭐️

“My experience at EAST Conference 2026 was unreal. I had the opportunity to speak in front of over 2,000 people. With it being my second year on the EAST leadership team, I had the chance to network with new leadership team members, and guide them if help was needed. If I wasn’t speaking, or going through closing or opening session rehearsals, I was probably working and doing the fun jobs EAST gives every ambassador team member the opportunity to
do. That may include working the gear store, scanning into signature sessions, working
registration, monitoring the exhibit hall doors, and so much more. I’m beyond happy that I got to attend . I hope I’m able to have the same opportunities and so much more with EAST next year. I can’t wait to see what 2027 brings.”
