Have you ever wanted to run tech or serve in kids church?! Join us tomorrow at 9am for our Ministry Snapshot! Every Sunday there are many opportunities to serve. Our Ministry Snapshot is a great time for you to hear from these different ministry leaders about where you can serve and how you might like to serve.

Then, on May 17th, we will have you serve in a ministry on Sunday morning! Give it a shot and get connected to different service opportunities at Cornerstone!

Our youth team just got back from their summer missions trip and we couldn’t be more proud!

This team of teens spent the week in Kentucky working with missions partners to serve the community. Working alongside Jeff and Jalen at Heritage Ministries in Lynch KY.

This team built a few decks, dug a water line to a well, framed out part of a wall, fixed a porch, painted a mission partner Henry’s store, hooked up appliances for a couple in the area along with some fun things such as visiting kingdom come state park! But even further they connected with the Lord in the word, devotionals, quiet time, worship and more. This trip pushed our students to grow in various aspects of life but primarily in their faith.

Overall our teens worked so hard and learned a lot through it. Thank you for all of your prayers that went out to the team as they traveled and served in KY. We are excited for the impact that they left behind and the lessons they carry forward with them.

Can’t wait to see the impact these students keep making!

Our trip was so much fun! We thank everyone again for the prayers this past week and we are so blessed that our students were able to gain experience and knowledge about how to serve others like christ would.

Kentucky 2024 is surely a trip that will never be forgotten and will go down in the books!!

What a beautiful week serving in Kentucky! We served alongside Jeff & Jalen at Heritage Ministries in Lynch, KY.

Each day, we woke up early to get in the Word, make our own meals, and serve Harlan County, KY by working in and around homes. We built decks, dug trenches, painted homes, and prayed with the residents.

We met wonderful people like Tammy, Marvin, Sheila, and our missionary hosts and their families. The stories we heard, experiences we had, and the people we met will never be forgotten.

God has certainly moved in the hearts of us all and we appreciate all your prayer and support!
