We love printing on site for events, but this one was extra special. Working with people we love. At an event that we have been a part of since close to the beginning. The Chillicothe River & Rails Fest was so much fun—four bands every night while we work? Amazing. That being said, let me tell you a story. Kevin and I both like Dirty Honey. Since we started the business, I can count on one hand the number of printed shirts he has bought. When you print apparel, it’s hard to buy from someone else. So he bought a Dirty Honey shirt. This is kind of huge for him. They play, and when they finished, they visited with fans. Every single one that wanted to meet them—they did. They were amazing and so nice…according to everyone that met them. I was in the back of our merch tent and Kevin comes over to me and air drops pictures. It’s Dirty Honey and Kevin. Right there in the middle of the band. No Sarah. Just Kevin. That was how I found out they were at our tent. 🤣 Seriously though. The producer and the Chillicothe Park District worked so hard to make this successful. They did an amazing job—especially as a first year festival. I can’t wait to see where this goes from here!

Due to a late night getting home from River and Rails fest and and spending the day prepping for and working there again this afternoon and evening, Sights Ink will be closed today.

Don’t forget, if you’re looking for something to do tonight or tomorrow they have another great lineup performing both nights. Tickets are still available at the gates. Head on out to River and Rails Fest, be sure to stop in to our tent, say hi and pick up some cool River and Rails merch!

If you are looking for something fun to do tonight, Friday night or Saturday night, head out to Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe for River and Rails fest. They’ve got live music, food trucks, and a carnival be sure to stop by one of the Sights Ink/ODG booths and pick up some River and Rails merch!
