Who’s ready for our fun in the sun sunset rooftop event tonight? We can’t wait to see you! Friendly reminder all in-studio classes will be cancelled tonight but there’s still 5 spots left for rooftop!

Grab your ticket and join us, pre-registration is required we don’t sell tickets at the door for this event.

🌟 Katie Scarsella 🌟 will be leading our rooftop class which begins at 6:30, doors open at 6:00pm. Bring a yoga mat, we will not have rental mats at this event.

The new moon is a meaningful time to make space for what you grieve. The people or things you have lost willingly or unwillingly. The outcomes that have not worked in the way you had once envisioned.

Honor those feelings of loss and hold yourself through these moments of heavy transformation.

May this new moon serve as a reminder that it is through the deepest wounds that the light enters us. It is because of the cracks that we shine. 💖
