Greetings Wyandanch Alumni, Family & Friends!
My name is Lucretia Lovick, an independent travel agent, and I'm excited to help plan your travels for your 2022 class reunion. You chose a great resort at the El Dorado Seaside Palms, a Spa Resort in Cancun, Mexico, an all-Inclusive, adult only resort. Your group travel dates are Friday, September 2 - Monday, September 5, 2022.
During the next few months, you'll be receiving emails and texts from me about your trip. Below are some forms for you to review now to start your booking (Credit Card Authorization, Hotel Payment Schedule, Travel Insurance/Waiver). Group airline pricing will be provided once the determined number of travelers has been confirmed after the booking deadline.
Start Your Booking:
A deposit of $100 per person is required by Dec 23, 2021. Only major credit card payments are accepted. I cannot accept cash, CashApp, Zelle or any other form of payment.
Fill out the Credit Card Authorization form attached. NOTE: Itinerary is WYANDANCH CLASS REUNION and Booking is CGFJWYANDANCH
I will have a group Zoom call to discuss the Travel Insurance so you can leave that option open until the call. Should you decide to purchase any group travel insurance at that time, it can be added into the payment schedule.
Return the signed and completed form to me at [email protected] on or before December 23, 2021.
You MUST have a valid passport with expiration date past March 2, 2023. Please provide a copy of your passport to confirm the correct name spelling and valid expiration date. Your copy must be provided before your final payment can be accepted.
Additional Charges
Group Excursions - costs will be provided no later than the end of January 2022.
Roundtrip Airline - 10 or more travelers from the same airport will have group rates.
Additional resort days. Please inquire about additional costs if planning to stay longer than group dates.
The CDC Covid Guidelines are still in full effect. You will be required to take a Covid test before and after your trip to Cancun. I will continue to stay in communication with you from now until the return of your travel.
