August meeting and weekly hive check:

Tuesday, Aug 18

5 pm weekly hive check. Bring your suits!

6 pm meeting. Topics include county fair booth and honey contest, mite management, and honey taste test. Bring a sample of your honey for the taste test!

Tonight’s hive check is postponed until tomorrow night. Spread the word!!

The Monday, July 6 hive inspection that was going to occur this evening has been canceled due to bad weather. We will shoot for Monday, July 13.!

We are having to put Saturday 12:00 pm hive inspections on hold till we can determine an alternate time. We hope to have the issue resolved asap.

Frank Potter was a gentle giant with such a neat personality. He jumped into beekeeping full force this year by attending our annual bee school and our swarm trap workshop. What a great guy! He will be missed so much.
