VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!
🎉Calling on KP Parents (especially those of underclassman)...
I am overseeing the project to deliver “congratulations” lawn signs to all of KP’s graduating seniors and I need your help!
I still need approximately 20 underclassman parents to volunteer a little bit of time to deliver the signs. Adddress lists have been created within a general proximity to make delivery very easy!
Each list has anywhere from 6-12 addresses, so the process shouldn’t take long. If you or your spouse are able to help, we will be distributing signs/lists this coming Sunday 5/21 from the Snack Shack at the high school, at 12noon.
Please let me know, by commenting here if you are able/willing to help so that I know if there are enough volunteers.

This is such an IMPORTANT role IF we want to keep this tradition alive!
Due to the longevity of the event, much of it is 'turn-key'. The relationships with outside vendors/people has been establish but it is crucial that we have someone to facilitate.
If you have a child in the class of 2024 or later, please consider taking on the role of ALL NIGHT PARTY chair (or grab a friend and be co-chairs!). Responsibilities include:
*Hire / communicate with vendors including entertainment and activities
*Communicate with school resources needed for set up and night of party including custodians.
*Coordinate with Town of Wrentham to book police detail and EMT for the night of the party.
*Communicate financial needs to King Philip Parent Network treasurer and coordinate deposit and final balance payments to vendors
*Coordinate funding for each (as applicable): food, decorations, check-in supplies, etc.)
*Support recruiting of volunteers and ensure leaders have appropriate support and resources for their specific areas (games, decorations, food, check-in/registration, etc.)
*Shadow class of 2023 chairs for transition of knowledge - continue with knowledge transition in early 2024.
