Yesterday we kicked off Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week!

While the PTSO will shower them with gratitude all week, we still invite you to reach out via email or a handwritten note. In a world of quick texts and emoji replies, a note signals that someone was worth your time and thought. THANK YOU to all who have donated and/or helped raise funds to support the Thomas Worthington High School PTSO (Parent Teacher Student Organization). We've raised 80% of the funds needed to support our students and teachers this year and are extending the campaign through Sunday to get us over the finish line! Please remind your students to reach out to family and neighbors this weekend. We can do this TOGETHER!

Thanks to the generosity of just 84 donors, we're so close to reaching our fundraising goal. Imagine how easy it would be to cross that line if we doubled the number of donors!

Please HELP SPREAD THE WORD about our Cards Care Campaign, by tagging fellow parents, sharing the campaign in your feed, etc. These funds have a direct impact on our TWHS community- funding scholarships, supporting our students while studying for exams, celebrating students and staff who exemplify remarkable traits in the areas of Citizenship, Scholarship, and Relationships.... the list goes on and on.

If you or a family member work at Chase, you can donate TODAY and Chase will match your donation times two! Yes, you read that right... a donation of $100 by you results in a $300 to the PTSO. Just have the family member that works at Chase donate via their Workplace Giving program and email the PTSO at [email protected] so the donation can be included in the campaign and the student can get credit.

SCHOLARSHIPS FUND FUTURES

Every year the PTSO provides scholarships to senior students who plan to further their education beyond high school. The recipients are selected on the basis of leadership, character, and a personal narrative, with an emphasis on school and community service.
