Keystone Boys State Keystone Boys State is a one-of-a-kind civic leadership development program offered by the Pennsylvania American Legion. Learning by doing since 1936.

For rising high school seniors, KBS teaches leadership, government, and civic participation. American Legion Keystone Boys State is a one-of-a-kind civic-leadership development program offered by the Pennsylvania American Legion. High school boys entering their senior year participate in a week-long government simulation, learning about the political process, hearing from guest speakers, engaging

in debate and creative team-building, visiting with state legislators and officials at the Capitol in Harrisburg, and much more.
