Meet the man behind the posts you know and love, AIAA’s new Public Relations Officer, Logan Frandsen! Logan is a sophomore studying Aerospace engineering on the astronautical track. AIAA was the first club he joined in his freshman year and he’s loved it ever since. He was able to touch a Falcon 9 that had successfully landed from launch and has dreamed of playing a part in launching more rockets ever since. When he gets the chance, Logan loves to watch anime, play video games, and play Dungeons and Dragons.

WPI's AIAA Chapter has a new Chair! Kirsten Bowers has been involved with the AIAA since her freshman year. She is a junior aerospace engineering major with an electrical engineering minor. She is currently also Captain of the High Power Rocketry Club (HPRC), Vice-Chair of Women of Aeronautics and Astronautics (WoAA), Co-Chair of Model Rocketry, and a member of the aerospace honor society Sigma Gamma Tau (SGT). In her free time, she loves to adventure with friends - especially hiking, obsess over corgis, and craft! A fun fact about her is that she saw the last launch of the Space Shuttle Discovery, which inspired her to become an aerospace engineer! She is super excited to lead a club very close to her heart for the next year!
