Community is called to ask City Manager to ensure full and increased funding to continue the Public Service mission of WCCA TV 194 "The People's Channel" to continue the voice for all of Worcester. Its more than TV or serving one organization, its about ellevating all of our community. Support comes NOT from tax dollars or City hall coffers, but from gross revenue of the cable companies.
