Our session designers invest their time, expertise, relationships, and deep knowledge of our community to create meaningful learning experiences for each Leadership Worcester class. Their commitment helps participants better understand the issues shaping Worcester and equips them to become informed, engaged civic and community leaders.
This role is one of the most impactful ways to contribute to Leadership Worcester, and we're grateful for the passion, thoughtfulness, and collaboration each designer brings to the program.

Chosen by the Class of 2026, Erin will help lead and strengthen our growing network of nearly 300 Leadership Worcester alumni while continuing to foster meaningful connections, engagement, and opportunities for civic leadership throughout Worcester.

We are grateful for Erin’s commitment to the Leadership Worcester mission and look forward to her leadership in the year ahead.

Yesterday, the we proudly celebrated the graduation of the Leadership Worcester Class of 2026. With this remarkable group joining our ranks, our alumni network is now 300 + leaders making a difference across our community.

The evening was filled with inspiring leadership declarations, reflections, and a shared commitment to strengthening our City. We are grateful to the WRCC, employers, families, session partners, speakers, hosts, and supporters who helped make this journey possible.

To the Class of 2026: congratulations! Your Leadership Worcester sessions may be complete, but your impact is just beginning. We are excited to welcome you into our growing alumni community and look forward to seeing the many ways you will continue to lead, serve, and connect. 🎓✨

A heartfelt thank you to Karlene Cudak '25 for her outstanding service as the first-ever President of the Leadership Worcester Alumni Association.

Over the past year, Karlene helped lay the foundation for a stronger, more connected alumni network, bringing together nearly 300 Leadership Worcester graduates committed to making a difference in our community.

We are incredibly grateful for her enthusiasm, dedication and service in this inaugural role.

We are heartbroken by the sudden passing of Leadership Worcester alumnus Walter Jovel, Class of 2021.

Walter brought incredible positivity, kindness, and passion to everything he did. Whether talking about soccer, martial arts, food, or his deep love for the Worcester community, he had a way of making people feel connected and seen.

Through his work with the Hope Coalition and his decade of service as facilitator for the Worcester Youth Leadership Institute, Walter made a lasting impact on countless young people and on our city as a whole. His dedication to mentoring, leadership, and community building will not be forgotten.

We extend our deepest condolences to Walter’s family, friends, colleagues, and all who had the privilege to know him.
