Stepping into Progress at BETC! Our third cohort's test series has been underway, showcasing the dedication and hard work of our aspiring biotechnologists at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s Biomanufacturing Education & Training Center.

Excited to kick off our third Fundamentals of Biomanufacturing class with the MLSC Pathmaker program!

Here's a quick recap of the last two sessions:
The response to both the 3-week and 8-week programs was phenomenal! Students actively engaged in hands-on learning, guided by exceptional professors. To top it off, industry-relevant companies joined us to interview and hire emerging talent.

We can’t wait to see what this session brings!

Congratulations to our recent cohort of graduates from the BETC's Biomanufacturing for the Non-Specialist course, specifically run for employees of Bristol Myers Squibb!

This two day course is designed to introduce the participants to the exciting field of biomanufacturing with special emphasis on how biologics are manufactured for commercial use. Presentations by professionals from industry and academia are delivered within the BETC biomanufacturing facility which is set up as a pilot scale industrial biomanufacturing suite to allow participants to see and feel the equipment and processes discussed.
