πΊπΈ Veterans Support Services Needs Your Help
VSS is assisting a highly qualified veteran who is seeking a new career opportunity. This individual has multiple college degrees and extensive experience in program management, operations, leadership, and project management.
Despite applying for numerous federal, state, local government, and private-sector positions over the past several months, they have not yet found the right opportunity.
If your organization is hiring or you know of a position that may be a good fit, please send us a message. A referral or introduction could make a meaningful difference in helping a veteran continue serving their community.
Please share this post to help us reach the right employer.

πΊπΈ Good News for Veterans!
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has announced that the backlog of disability compensation and pension claims has dropped below 70,000 for the first time since February 2020. This is a significant milestone and means many veterans are receiving decisions on their claims faster than they have in years.
While this is encouraging news, we know that many veterans are still waiting for decisions or need help navigating the VA claims process. If you or someone you know has questions about VA benefits, disability claims, or needs assistance finding the right resources, Veterans Support Services (VSS) is here to help.
π We are committed to connecting veterans and their families with the support, information, and community resources they deserve.

π Don't go through the process aloneβreach out to Veterans Support Services (VSS). Together, we can help ensure every veteran receives the benefits they have earned through their service.
VA benefits claims backlog drops below 70K for first time since 2020
VA's backlog of Veterans waiting for VA disability compensation and pension benefit claims fell below 70,000 for the first time since February 2020, during the first Trump Administration.
