Masis Staffing Solutions is currently hiring multiple Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment at a well-established food distribution warehouse in Webster, MA.

This role includes order picking and packing, inventory scanning and data entry, receiving and organizing materials, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse.

Requirements:
Prior warehouse experience preferred, ability to lift heavy items, basic computer/data entry skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility for different shifts.

Responsibilities:
Assemble and wire electrical control panels and electro-mechanical systems.
Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
Install components, wiring harnesses, and perform cable routing
Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies
Support quality and production standards.

Qualifications:
Experience in electrical or mechanical assembly or manufacturing production.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Experience with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Trade school or apprenticeship experience a plus
