We'll be working remotely on Monday, so please email us at [email protected] if you need anything. We're not sure if we'll be able to get any voicemails, so please email us instead. Thanks and we'll hopefully be back online on Tuesday, August 4!

Have you participated in our Mystery Instrument Challenge? ❓🔎❓ Each month for April, May, and June, we have posted a photo in our lobby and in our email newsletter, showcasing an instrument that was photographed from a unique perspective. Our students have done a great job analyzing the clues and making their guesses. The photos you see here are the first three that we featured. 🎶 And if you are taking lessons this summer, you will see a new photo in our lobby for July/August. We look forward to hearing your guesses!! 🕵🏾♂️

Summertime provides opportunities for all kinds of views—ocean views, mountain views, lake views. But our incredible art wall is one of our very favorite views! 😍🎨 We are glad to have our students back at WMA this week for the first week of summer lessons! 🎶

We think music and baseball make a great combination, and did you know—our piano/drums/bass/guitar teacher, Peter Stewart, is one of the organists at Polar Park! If you catch a WooSox game this summer, take a look at the big screen during the 7th inning stretch, and see if it might be Peter playing "Take Me Out to the Ball Game"! ⚾🎹

Our Group Piano and Eurythmics class finished up their spring session earlier this June, and it was so much fun! Our youngest students learned learned some foundational piano basics—note reading, counting, and simple songs—to get their musical skills off to a great start. Part of each class was also dedicated to eurythmics, which focuses on movement-based activities to help students develop an understanding of rhythm and other musical concepts. A big thank you to our teacher, Maya, for making this class such a fun experience!
If you have a child between the ages of 4 and 6 who is interested in music, our group class is a great introduction to music before moving on to private lessons. Our next Group Piano and Eurythmics session will be offered in Fall 2026. Space is limited, so keep an eye out for class dates and sign-up information as it gets closer! 🎹
